Portrait Drawing Demonstration

Enjoy a portrait drawing demonstration by Fort Point artist Dennis Cheaney.
Watch a classical approach to capturing the light and likeness of the model
with graphite and white chalk on toned paper. Learn fundamental principles of
structure and proportion as applied to the portrait.

Dennis’s drawings are based on an observation of nature and long-held
artistic principles taught to him by master artist Ted Seth Jacobs.
